Château Montrose produces a predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon grand vin typical of Saint-Estèphe: structured and tannic, yet refined and exceptionally long-lived.
Vintage & producer notes
An early, hot and very dry growing season produced ripe, healthy grapes with mature tannins. Merlot was fruity, full-bodied and round, while Cabernet Sauvignon showed balanced acidity and tannins with good length.
