Tasting Notes:

Best served at 15.5 degrees Celsius, and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The cool, almost cellar temperature gives the wine more freshness and lift. Best paired with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes. It is also good when matched with Asian dishes, and hearty fish courses like rare tuna, mushrooms, and pasta.

• Nose:  Roses, lilacs, violets, red plums, cherries, and black raspberries are clearly on the nose
• Mouth:  Medium-bodied, soft, silky, forward, clean, and pure.
• Finish:  Finishing with sweet red pit fruits that linger on the backend.
