Blend: 70% MERLOT, 20% CABERNET FRANC, 10% CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Starting with the 2005 vintage, “Arômes de Pavie” becomes the label for the Second wine of the Château Pavie. This new label replaces that of “Château Tour Simard”, to make it easier for consumers to identify the wine.
This wine is made mainly from young vines less than 10 years old, as well as from the selection efforts of the first wine. The same care is taken in viticulture and vinification as for the first wine.
