TASTING NOTES:
Color: A very pale yellow color.
Nose: An explosion of citrus fruits first, lime and ripe lemon, then white flowers, freshly crushed almonds and a beautiful minerality, to finish on notes of flint and flint.
Palate: Elegant texture, rich in mouthfeel, with a ripe acidic line. Lively citrus flavours: lime juice, lemon, grapefruit, some nice aromatic notes of passion fruit and a crisp zinc finish.

RIMAPERE Sauvignon Blanc 2023
The Rimapere vineyard was jointly acquired by Baron Benjamin de Rothschild and the Peabody family in 2012. In Maori, Rimapere means “five arrows”, the emblem of the Rothschild family
Marlborough occupies 62% of New Zealand’s total vineyard area, in the North East of the South Island. The region is fertile and enjoys a temperate climate, making it the heart of New Zealand’s wine production.
The Wairau River flows into the eastern plains, at the centre of which is Blenheim, the most important town in the region.
The Rimapere vineyard covers 24 hectares of vines ideally situated on the prestigious Rapaura site on alluvial soil, mainly pebbles and gravel.
The Sauvignon Blanc covers 20 hectares and 4 hectares are planted with Pinot Noir.
