TASTING NOTES:
Color: A magnificent bright yellow.
Nose: Aromas of the terroir which express themselves perfectly with notes of white flesh fruits and white flowers, elegant and mineral making the wine already very appetizing.
Palate: Balanced, with a lot of generosity and concentration of fruit and mineral freshness allowing it to hold its time and offer a full, generous and tasty finish.
Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
It is incredible to see how, a very old vine (around 80 years) is capable of giving berries that, once vinified, express so much freshness and simplicity.
The quality of its terroir “Grésigny” which in Burgundian old language means “a rapid small hillside” brings forth an elegant, rich and balanced wine that seduces us with its aromas and smoothness.
