The blend of this 2014 vintage is composed of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged for 50% in new oak barrels. This 2014 vintage has a good concentration of Cabernet and also a good aromatic freshness.
Its dark purple color is followed by a complex nose of cassis, smoky earth, tobacco and pencil. With a full-bodied, mature, concentrated, structured and impressive length, this vintage is to be kept in the cellar for at least 7 to 8 years.
Its mouth volume, precision and aromatic nobility now rival the best vintages.
