Pairing: Roast beef, Lamb, Venison, Aged hard cheese.
Winemaking & Maturation
Harvested from 12 to 28 September after fine weather returned to the Médoc. The official blend is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc.
Winery Background
