TASTING NOTES:
Color: Intense red tile with brilliant reflections.
Nose: Intense notes of evolution, cooked fruits, kirsch cherry and black olive, followed by aromas of cigar box, truffle and toasted bread.
Palate and Finish: The attack is frank and precise, the wine is carried by a beautiful acidity and reveals a powerful and racy body. The melted tannins mingle with notes of prunes and spices, and the whole blossoms with great freshness on a long and peppery finish.
Very beautiful nectars were born during the 2002 vintage, which owes its success to the radical change in climatic conditions that proved favorable as the harvest approached. The month of September was indeed superb with beautiful sunny conditions, which allowed the ripening process to be in full swing and to offer berries of great quality.
