Tasting Notes:

Chateau Hosanna 2018 is much better with at least 8-12 years of ageing in good vintages when it is ready to be enjoyed. Young vintages can be decanted for 2-3 hours or more. This allows the wine to soften and open its perfume. Chateau Hosanna is best served at 15.5 degrees Celsius, 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The cool, almost cellar temperature gives the wine more freshness and lift.

• Colour: Smoke, truffle, licorice, espresso and perfectly ripe black cherries create the nose. Full bodied and concentrated with layers of sensuous, ripe, deep, dark red fruits and chocolate coat your palate.
• Nose: Spicy black raspberry liqueur on the nose, this wine is soft, polished and silky, finishing with a ripe, fresh-picked dark cherry and chocolate note.
• Finish: Everything is wrapped up with velvet textured tannins. Give this a decade in the cellar and this will be a beauty. But it’s when you return to the lusciously textured fruit on the palate that you say wow, take another sniff and sip and know this is rockin’!
